01 Does the plan include all features?
Almost. Everything is in one simple plan, and nothing is held back based on the size of your team, whether you're a freelancer or a big agency. The only optional extra is the white-label add-on.
02 Do my clients need to pay?
Never. Client users are always free, and you can invite as many as you like. You only pay for your agency team.
03 Who counts as a user?
Anyone on your agency team: managers, team members and freelancers. Clients don't count.
04 What if someone on my team leaves?
We only bill you for active users in your agency team. If someone leaves, just remove them from your team, and your plan reduces at the next billing cycle. Easy.
05 Is Outlign only for projects that follow a waterfall process?
Nope! We celebrate creative projects that follow a clear process, but either side of a project can also run as a board. That's perfect for agile-style work, retainers or your agency's internal to-dos, and you can switch between the two at any time.
06 How does the free trial work?
You get every feature free for 30 days, and you won't need a credit card to start. If you love it, add your billing details and loop in your team.
07 Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch your billing interval, pause or cancel from your billing settings at any time.
