Outline your process _align your clients

Stop losing profit to messy feedback and work that always goes off the rails, with the simple project management tool built around your process - keeping your team calm and your clients engaged.

Creative projects shouldn't feel like chaos.
But somehow they always do_

01

Your process never runs quite the same project to project

You've got it documented in some wiki but your team still makes it up as they go along. Things get missed, scope starts to creep, and it's hard to scale.

02

Client communication gets messy

Feedback is scattered across emails, calls, docs, chat. Project status and responsibilities are unclear. The client is getting frustrated and the work suffers.

03

Scope creep eats into your margins

Extra work isn't tracked or approved. Revisions drag on. Boundaries blur. You end up doing more — and getting paid less.

Outlign helps you ditch the headaches and
put your process on rails.

We give your agency a simple process-driven setup and built-in client portal, so projects run smoothly and everyone stays aligned.

Break work up into chunks from start to finish

Keep track of inclusions like revisions

Stop being asked “where's my project at?”

Get rock solid approvals at key steps

Get your process out of your head and run it consistently in a tool your team and clients will actually want to use_

01.

Turn your SOPs into templates and stop starting from scratch

No more rebuilding your process every time a new project lands. Break it into clear phases and steps that guide your team and your clients.

Every new project starts with your learnings and best practice baked in — not buried in a wiki nobody opens.

02.

Show your clients the project, not the chaos behind it

When a client asks how it's going, the answer shouldn't be spread across three email threads and a Slack channel. Their own view shows exactly where things are and what's next.

Add education, videos and feedback forms to keep them engaged, so your agency never looks like a mess to the person paying you.

03.

Set the scope up front and stop doing free revisions

Revision rounds, approvals and feedback forms are built into the process, so the client knows exactly what's included from day one.

“That's out of scope” stops being a conversation you have to start. It's already in writing, in their own view.

No more “I never approved that”. Less “one more thing…”. Forget about “make the logo bigger”.

Running process-driven projects helps you

  • Drastically reduce scope creep
  • Keep clients updated and engaged
  • Ensure your team sticks to the plan
  • Reduce mistakes and stress levels
  • Do better work and keep more project profits

In our own agency, we struggled with our process_

For years we didn't really have one. We made it up as we went along, and couldn't work out why every project ran over budget. Spoiler: no process, no profits.

It got worse as we hired. Everything the team needed to know was in our heads, which didn't help anyone else.

So we wrote it all down in a very thorough wiki. Phases, steps, checklists, pre-written client emails. Then we promptly forgot about it and went back to what we were doing.

That's when it clicked. A process only works if it's tied to the work, and simple enough for your team and your clients to follow. So we built Outlign to do exactly that.
